WESTMOOR COMMUNITY CLUB

WESTMOOR COMMUNITY SPORTS HALL,

Wednesdays 4:15pm to 5:15pm

This is the most recent class and is an open age class. This means that everyone is welcome from the age of 6. This class is ideal for beginners due to it's infancy.

The aim of the class is to take members from complete beginner to Black Belt level, and therefore the focus is on technical training, self defence, non-contact sparring, and patterns.

This class is taught by Danny Menzer - 1st dan black belt instructor

This club serves as an introduction to Taekwondo, with a fun and more casual approcah. It's aim is to help individuals to develop self confidence and self-esteem in a warm and welcoming environment. It is hoped that along the way pupils may pass several gradings before moving on to their chosen secondary school.
